Nguyên Liệu :

-1 muỗng canh bột bạch nha.
-1 lòng đỏ trứng.
-180ml sữa tươi.
-1 muỗng cafe men.
-2 muỗng cafe mật ong.
-1 muỗng cafe dầu ô liu.

Thực Hiện :

-Cho men vào sữa khấy tan
-Cho tất cả nguyên liệu vào máy sinh tố xay đều trong 30 giây.
-Cho ra ly, trang trí.
